Northern Maine Ruffed Grouse Breasts
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Bacon Grease
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Remove the breast from the grouse. Season liberally with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Cut the breasts into narrow strips.
- Heat bacon grease in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add grouse breast to pan and fry until cooked through.
